Grown Food Doesn't Save Nutrients After Reload

Open genessee-forgot-his-password-again opened this issue 2 years ago • 1 comments

Description of issue

Grown food doesn't save nutrients after loading a save. This will make it immediately delete and send the 'nothing left in the tomato, oh no!' message when someone tries to eat it after it's loaded.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Generally, food is expected not to lose all nutrition after loading a save.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Grow any piece of edible produce - for example, a tomato.
  2. Save.
  3. Load the save you made.
  4. Attempt to eat the piece of food you grew.
  5. Cry when it doesn't work.

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur

This has been happening since the very first test two years go. I don't know why it hasn't been looked at yet.

That was supposed to be fixed in #365 . Can you check with VV if the "reagents" datum for the grown food actually contains any reagents? Also, can you tell me what the bitesize var's value is?
