Player-made Textbooks Cannot be Read After Reloading Save

Description of issue

Player-made textbooks do not save their actual textbook behavior. They're considered empty on loading a save; textbooks that spawn with players when they first joined the server save fine, but textbooks created by players do not save their reading ability.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

Textbooks generally shouldn't erase themselves upon loading a new save.

Steps to reproduce

1. Spawn a blank textbook
2. Fill it in with whatever skill you want
3. Save
4. Restart world to load save
5. Observe as textbook can no longer be read

Length of time in which bug has been known to occur

Unknown. Possibly forever, since most people haven't really done playermade textbooks.
