permify Creating CLI for managing Permify instances & Run Permify main functionalities

The objective of this issue is to develop a Command Line Interface (CLI) that empowers users to effortlessly manage Permify instances. The CLI will provide an intuitive way to execute and oversee Permify's core functionalities.
