Coding Guidelines section missing from Git Guide

There is a link to an anchor tag called "Coding Guidelines" on that Git Guide at https://github.com/PerlDancer/Dancer2/blob/master/GitGuide.md that is supposed to go to #coding-guidelines

However, that section of the Git Guide does not exist.

We should probably then use this issue as a place to collect what we want to go in here, and add it to the docs.

The old manual had this: https://metacpan.org/pod/release/SUKRIA/Dancer2-0.02/lib/Dancer2/Development.pod#GENERAL-DEVELOPMENT-GUIDELINES

Much of it is outdated and most of it seems to have been replaced by the Git Guide on Github but some of it is probably useful.

The link in the report -- https://github.com/PerlDancer/Dancer2/blob/master/GitGuide.md -- doesn't seem to exist anymore. Is this still relevant or can it be closed? The MetaCPAN documentation -- https://metacpan.org/pod/Dancer2%3A%3ATutorial -- doesn't seem to have a Coding Guideline either.
