Simplify sentance in `perlpacktut.pod`

I agree that this sentence was unnecessarily confusing, and so I propose this simplification.

Can you please run perl Porting/updateAUTHORS.pl so as to enter your name and usable email address to AUTHORS?

Once that is done, please run make test_porting and correct any remaining test failures, then re-push the branch.

I've tracked down an email address for the OP and written him to ask how we should proceed. If I/we don't hear from him in 2 weeks, I'll close this p.r., open a new one with the same changes, credit the submitter in the commit message, put it up for discussion and merge/reject it based on review.
