Script run does not always confine digits to the same set of ten

The Perl documentation states that, in a script run, any decimal digits must all come from "the same set of ten". Below is an example where they do not. The digits in the example come from a number of adjacent sets of mathematical digits. It seems that Perl is treating these as all one set of digits.

Steps to Reproduce

if ("A\x{1d7ce}\x{1d7ff}B" =~ /^(*script_run:.{4})/) { print "yes >$&<\n"; } else { print "no \n"; }

Expected behavior

I would expect that to output "no" because the two high-numbered decimal digits are not in the same set of ten. But what it does output is "yes" and the four matched characters.
