OK, so this PR should be ready. The regex not-yet-implemented `look-behind` functionality is no longer necessary.

I still need to add a couple more patterns.

This should be all. EDIT: No, actually I missed the elivis operator.

I also missed the `qualified this`.

What color would you like for the argument name? And should the : be colored as well?

The problem was solved in https://github.com/julia-vscode/LanguageServer.jl/pull/1271, but you have to wait for the next release to be able to use it.

Also, I forgot to downgrade the status from `Works` to `Works with julia lsp fix (#1271)`
