Find out the *real* update date of the modules

At the moment, the updated status of the modules are entered manually: I expect that a lot modules have been updated but I have no time to check them all.

On the other hand, the vast majority of the modules are hosted on github. That have a nice api. So someone could update the google spreadsheet and retrieve the last commit date.

That would be swell.
