Implementation doesn't take into account 5.2.5.4 of the TPC-C spec - think time

Perhaps I missed something in the code but it looks like this benchmark doesn't implement the "think time" for each transaction as outlined in section 5.2.5.4 of the TPC-C spec here: http://www.tpc.org/tpc_documents_current_versions/pdf/tpc-c_v5.11.0.pdf
