Ck Crashing during FaceGen
Hi, So I was using the progam https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/86374 (Vault tec face gen) that uses xedit + CK to generate faces for FO4. The Xedit script completes and then it opens CK and shortly after it crashes with the error stating
xception: Code: C0000005 Address: 00007FF76D4FA336 Message: The thread tried to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.
Creationkit.exe_20241112_182129.zip
Thank you for your time.
This is stated on the mod page itself (Vault tec face gen), enable bBSPointerHandleExtremly.
i had enabled this and ran the program again before I made my ticket. I promise I had followed instruction, Micheal on the collective modding discord has helped me narrow and told me they had issues with CK crashing instantly with certain npcs/their inventories. I got generated faces when I excluded some of the mods. I am trying to find out what is causing the issues with those npcs.Th for taking the time to respond to me. I understand you are all very busy people.

However, you have disabled option by the log file. Latest CKPE inventories bug fixed https://github.com/Perchik71/Creation-Kit-Platform-Extended/commit/c86aaf6f092687f69fb039cc3cc2b7a06cf334f0 Edit I'll look dump later
I'm having a similar, if not identical, issue. Here's my crash dump as well as my CKPE ini file. I had to zip it because GitHub doesn't allow direct uploads of INI files. I'm using build 968, but I've had the same issue with earlier builds.
@evildarkarchon No, the error is different, you have an error in the string storage (Cache). It is very likely that you have exceeded the limit. Since a entry string is expected, there it is 0032004100360030 so doesn't look like character codes. Edit: Although it's very similar to WideChar, it looks like there's a mistake in the flags somewhere, it's not an Entry, but a direct WideString. I guess there's something wrong with the mods.
