Bring layers feature from FO4 to Skyrim (Perchik71 coloring layer window).

In FO4 creation kit there is a layer window which is very usefull to work with. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=Q4-yJ0lqaVw Here is a video how it looks. Can you bring it to skyrim's creation kit. It would be very solid feature to have.

But about coloring it, this is my first and only option, it didn't always work reliably, maybe I'll redraw again.
