Can't view more than 10 users

I've created 22 users on our self-hosted Peppermint (used Spearmint Companion for the install). I cannot see more than 10 users on the Users page in the admin settings. The list is cut-off and there's no way to scroll or view more "pages". However, when I create a ticket, I can see all 22 users.

The reason that there's so many is because I'm using this to train high school students in my IT program how to respond to help desk inquiries and how to update tickets.

Is this a bug or is there something wrong with my install?
