Roadmap and plans for peppermint

Hello,

Came across this project and looks very good!

We're looking for a ticket system in the future, but we're curious about the plans of peppermint.

Is there a roadmap with upcoming features? We're specifically looking for the following:

• Ability to configure rules, so that we can send auto-replies with context variables (like customer data, custom fields, conversation fields/data).
• Ability to add auto-reply templates
• Ability to add custom fields

I would also like to know this but seeing this has gone unanswered it leads me to thinking this is yet another dead open source project. The email fetching feature doesn't work making this software basically useless, I was so hopeful for it. RIP
