High CPU Use

Same issue for me. HA docker on ubuntu server 20.04. 3 reolink cameras at 1080p. CPU usage is around 20% when restarting the container. It rises steadily till around 40%...

[BUG] Compose up often fails to join one random network on v2.24.6

Same for me also, seems similar to #10805 . Reverted to v2.24.5 and all good Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS 5.15.0-92-generic
