[1.21.1 Neoforge] Add model blacklist for Bonsai trees 4

Continuity is wrapping all the tree models with their own model type causing crash when Bonsai Tree 4 is present, specifically when hovering over a sapling. For now temporarily author prevented crashing by disabling model rendering in tooltips with build included in the linked thread.
