Lag when lighting updates on blocks connected by CTM

Using this resource pack to lag when a lighting update occurs on a connected block. Especially when used with dynamic lighting, it's terrible.

Which mods did have installed when this occurred?

Fabric API, Indium, LazyDFU, Lithium, Mod Menu, Sodium, CTMF

The same thing happens if you use it without any other mod.
