Added WinRM protocol to powershell_history module

Description

adds the WinRM protocol to the existing powershell_history module

Type of change

Insert an "x" inside the brackets for relevant items (do not delete options)

Setup guide for the review

Any user that supports a powershell history, on a machine with WinRM enabled.
