Header image frequently uses low quality images and for the background image it's ugly

This season both the Birds of Paradise we had for a long time and the Abrupt Decay we have now look(ed) bad for various reasons one of which is image size. I have notes in another ticket about changing the algorithm for what cards show but we should make sure the background image is good enough before using it.
