Regex is instsalled as a prod package like brotli but should it be?

These are used by the fonts maintenance task which theoretically could run scheduled but in practice has hardcoded paths to TTFs on my laptop in it.

So we should either make them dev requirements or make the task runnable on the server (and maybe make it a weekly or something).

Right now the task emits the necessary CSS but doesn't edit pd.css, so we'd need to change that too to make it fully automated.
