Header seems to have a drop shadow on narrow view (when mobile menu showing)

Under the new z-index/elevation stuff it is at the bottom level and should not have this.

I am wondering if the submenu (which is "above" on desktop view) left its shadow up there after getting repositioned to the bottom?
