Only show (or allow clicking?) of the relevant seasons in the seasons chooser

If you're on the Brainstorm page and you go to select another season there is no point whatsoever in visiting any page other than "all time", "S22" or "S18". We should either reduce the size of the picker to only include those options or if it's more consistent/better, gray out and not-link the other seasons.
