T1w is not keeping the original resolution but being resampled to 1mm

Using qsiprep v.19.1, I noticed that the preprocessed T1w niftis (in: derivatives/qsiprep/sub-xx/anat/sub-xx_desc-preproc_T1w.nii.gz) have a resolution of 1mm. The resolution of the raw T1w was 0.9mm, and this is also what's reported in the .html report: The dimensions and directions are also incompatible with the actual preprocessed nifti (which is 193x229x193, RAI).
