calculate network controllability

Hi, I would like to calculate network controllability using the scripts that have been implemented in the connectivity.py.

Is there any example QSIPrep command lines calling the connectivity.py that I can follow?

Hi Ping,

We moved those calculations outside of qsiprep, but with the connectivity matrices you should be able to calculate everything in @lindenmp's nctpy.
