Remove container support

Closes #285.

To do

• [ ] Add conda config file so users can install datalad, git-annex, and git (and maybe the BIDS validator?).
• [ ] Figure out how to add CuBIDS to conda-forge.

Changes proposed:

• Remove container parameters to all command-line interfaces and functions.
• Remove additional unused parameters.
