Blue flag will sometimes do absolutely nothing

I'm making a custom night like game in PenguinMod and I currently have 9 characters in it, one of them is a Pirate Foxy clone, While I was adding it in, I noticed that the scripts that make the fade in and fade out have stopped working, and the scripts for showing some sprites aren't working when I press the blue flag.
