(Feature Suggestion) Add a feature that "locks" the layers.

Sometimes when I move sprites to another layer, the other sprites that i'm not trying to move get moved to other layers. It'd be nice if there would be a feature that allows you to move the layer of 1 sprite specifically with both dragging the sprite and using layer related blocks
