error 400 when resetting password

I forgot my password and was trying to reset it, but it didn't send confirmation email. I checked the inspect panel and saw a 400 bad request error related to it. it also says error: MissingFields

my email address was filled out and everything

so sorry for forgetting to answer this! The captcha didn't seem to load. This can usually be fixed by reloading a few times
