Running deepsignal2 on pod5 files

Hello, I have a question regarding the use of DeepSignal2 on the new version of nanopore sequencing. Since the sequencing data is no longer in the fast5 format, but in the pod5 format, I would like to inquire if there is any way to run DeepSignal2 on pod5 sequencing data.

Hello, I have the same question. I have the pod5 files. Could I use them on DeepSignal2? Also, I have DORADO basecaller. Could I perform the basecaller with this software instead Guppy? Thank you for your reply.
