[BUG] Mi-8 radios not working, fix found.

DCS 2.9.11.4686, VA 1.15, Vaicom PRO 2.9.9.3

In the Mi-8 there is no answer from ATC when using radios with Vaicom. As if the radios were not working. Starting DCS without Vaicom and using comms menu works fine.

However, I found a fix. When using DCS and Vaicom, if the DCS comms menu is opened once by key press (not by options call out) and then closed again, the problem is resolved for the entire flight/mission. Vaicom works as intended until flight/mission is ended. When a new flight/mission is loaded the no radio problem is back and the fix needs to be applied again.

To Reproduce Load any mission with the Mi-8 module and try to contact ATC.
