CH cluster, ReplicatedReplacingMergetree, LB

Hello. How Peerdb works with on-prem clustered CH setup, for example, one shard with 3 replicas and replicated MT engine + external LB (ch-proxy, haproxy, etc)? Or with bigger setup which contains more than one (2, 3, etc) shard and distributed table?
