Strange behaviour

Hello.

Please explain, why no suggests for:

  1. Object in class as variable 2016-11-22 17 06 26
  2. Why function with @inheritdoc return void: 2016-11-22 17 12 08
  3. Return View object, but i'm not see suggests for properties of View class 2016-11-22 17 21 10 2016-11-22 17 21 27 But if i will add doc, then 2016-11-22 17 24 38

In fact, I saw yii code, and it should work.
