Indexing doesn't finish.

I have used this plugin with a lot of success in the past. I did a complete reformat of my iMac earlier this week, installing everything from scratch. Since then, the plugin won't finish indexing, even if leaving it running all day.

iMac late 2014 32GB RAM 4GHz Core i7 macOS Sierra 10.12.1

I've got the same problem with atom 1.18.0 and the plugin 0.25.6
