But i have VSC 2022 installed. I have both python and C++ plugins installed. Dont know how install that package... I dont have any section where i can tick that...

Disregard it. All you need to do is to install Visual Studio and C++ 143, not VSC. Follow ShJavokhir's instructions.

I agree. Open Source Models like LLama 2, Hermes, WizardCoder and WizardLM are the future. LLama 2 already is surpassing chatgpt3.5 in most cases, apart from coding (for now)
