Error pip installing

Run command 'pip install markover' and got error:

Command "python setup.py egg_info" failed with error code 1 in /private/var/folders/g4/lkybmr_518x9sn1f9kffgx1c0000gn/T/pip-build-gdhhg9dr/markover/
