Give better feedback when attempting to edit restricted data.

If you don't have full data access permissions and attempt to edit a trait with restricted data access, you will simply be directed to the BETYdb home page without explanation. This is confusing because it makes it seem like maybe the edit link is merely broken. It would be better if clicking the edit link on a restricted data item kept one on the same page but with an error message.
