What is expected?

A way to quickly view all plug ins & current keyboard shortcuts.

What is actually happening?

No control to open all all plug in accordion panels that have keyboard shortcuts.

How to repreduce this problem?

Open the panel. All accordion panels are closed.

A stop-gap control could just open/close all accordions.
