Discuss superuser permissions

Give a brief summary

The GroupPermissions currently grants superuser access by default. At the moment superusers are not intended to use the application. Superusers should only be used for configuration purposes, to prevent heady usage of a high priv account.

Discuss if we want to keep it this way or if we want to give superuser accounts permissions to all parts of the application.

If we keep it this way, we may want to separate superuser to a new group which must be configured per view(set).
