[BUG] Game crashing at main menu

Describe the bug Started occurring randomly months ago after lots of use of the software with no issue. Tried everything and eventually gave up, trying it again as of late and the issue remains.

To Reproduce

  1. Open program
  2. Click to have it run TF2
  3. BRRRUUUMMMbrrrrrrrmmmm
  4. Wait for main menu to load
  5. Crashes and you're staring at the kicker's window.

Expected behavior Expected TF2 to run
