OBS Integration: lower fps when window not visible
Pretty low priority, only really useful if running multiple instances of TF2 on a single PC for PiP.
Wouldn't this mainly serve to reduce power draw? Both games need to be able to run at full fps at the same time anyway when both are shown, so the capacity has to be available regardless.
The problem is that for i63, the PC running both instances of TF2, chrome, and OBS is only an i5. Obviously that's a bit silly, but there could be some use to triggering events inside TF2 based on OBS state or vice versa. Like I said though, low priority and just an idea for the future.
