3d secure and stripe

Hello :) It will be required next month in Europe to have 3d secure for credit card payments. Stripe has implemented the system, but I couldn't find it in the doc.

If it's not yet available, is there a timeline of when it'll be implemented?

There is already an issue on this subject here: https://github.com/Payum/Payum/issues/804 The work is in progress
