Any thoughts on new builds?

I am such a sucker for the project that I contribute financially to it since the beginning of this year. My small team uses Postbird a lot but it is kind of a bummer that the last official build, 0.84, was released 3 years ago. Is it possible to release any official build in a foreseeable future? The majority of my team uses Windows and I have been having a REAL trouble trying to build the application in my own machine: gyp, python and VCBuild.exe's random stupid bugs halted any progress in here. I would be thankful by a lot if any official build could be released in the near future.
