want to be able to do carpet bombing with an arbitrary formation of aircraft

this would likely involve a few steps (assuming starting from a built formation)

1. assign bombing points to each individual that maintain the formation's relative positioning
2. wait until the bombs are dropped
3. as bombs drop immediately give the aircraft the formation (follow) task again to avoid them independently turning away in various directions
