Option to race track idle

Would be good to have race track idle option.

If I set a group to a tac line formation, I'll want to do it ahead of time as they take so long to get in formation, and or I'm waiting for a push time. The circle orbit fucks the formation and they have to fix when I want them to push.

Option for race track, they'd likely still fuck it up in the turns but they'll be in place for most of the legs
