In 2019.1 Log of Code Review always shows current branch

In InelliJ IDEA 2019.1 the commits displayed in the "Log" Tab of a "Code Review" > "Diff" Dialog > always shows the commits that exists on the current checkout branch; the "Files" View seems to be correct.

I use WebStorm 2019.1.3, and it has the same issue.
