233d532 essentially works around this.

Probably there would be a more productive way to handle the condition, but it happens because the experimental design is not completed for some samples, and this triggers an error in the sample correlation matrix computation.

Because this isn't critical I just to let it pass - curators just need to be aware that they might not see the correlation matrix if the design isn't fully curated.
