Windows permission problem

Describe the bug

I have installed the latest version (v0.1.25) but I am unable to install .apk files. After I install the "apk installer", it is of no use as the system recognizes .apk files now and to use .apk association to "apk installer" app, but it states that the .apk file is inaccessible. The system states that it lacks the privilege to access the file. This issue needs to be resolved.

I am not sure if I need Windows Subsystem for Android or any other dependencies since "APK Installer" does not mention anything about it on Windows Store or GitHub. Instead, it states that "APK Installer" works right out of the box and all you need to do is install it.
