"From Clipboard link" doesn't work on web browser version of Figma

On the web browser version of Figma (Chrome/Mac) with the JSON-to-Figma plugin, the "From Clipboard link" doesn't give an user friendly response for an error message that it doesn't work. The user clicks on the button but doesn't give any response if you have a URL with a valid JSON file e.g., https://raw.githubusercontent.com/PavelLaptev/JSON-to-Figma/master/json-test-files/workers-json%2Bimage.json If you open the web browser's console, you can see the error message: SyntaxError: Unexpected toke '<', ">!DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON The plugin doesn't parse the JSON and stays on the same default plugin dashboard screen without any message.

However, the button works on the desktop version of Figma when clicking on the button with the valid JSON URL on your clipboard. I'm assuming the web browser's not getting the contents of the clipboard? Also, shouldn't there be an user-friendly error message on the plug in to say it is not a valid URL with JSON?
