Why the accounting module was hidden?

I'm assisting a client that is using OpenCBS. The client is using version 14.5 and there is an "Accounting" menu in Main Menu.

I want to use the Word reports facility that comes with version 15.9 and i upgraded their system to 15.9. But then i saw that the Account Menu does not appear in version 15.9 why?

I saw that this commit https://github.com/PavelBastov/opencbs/commit/6debf613ed53c022e06f4b5b55ec19f08f26eba8 hides the Accounting Menu. Why?

How can i access the accounting menu in Version 15.9?
