Add the contributers list in readme .

Hey @phyBrackets! On a second thought, it might not be the best idea to add a contributors section in the README. This repo is frequently forked and reused, but users do not always update the README file. Having this template's contributors appear on other projects' front page might confuse the users of those other projects.

Because this is a template, the README file will end up in all users' instantiated repo. I would prefer not to clutter those repos with the names of the template contributors (who could be misunderstood to be the contributors to those other repos).
