Suggestion: Link to Preferences directly from Summary page

At the top of the summary page, there is a link labeled "Preferences", which scrolls the page down and informs the user on how to open preferences from about:addons. I think it would be better if this link opened the preferences page directly. You can open the preferences page with browser.runtime.openOptionsPage()
